Question: Does he use liquid or pencil and is it water proof because when he cries it stays on. I got to get that stuff! Just kidding!

Its only there cause he has insomnia. Since he has the Shukaku in him ( 1 tailed demon ) If he sleeps, it can take control over Gaara. So he never sleeps.Ahh, if you will, Gaara is teh Uber Pwnage Smex!!!!!!!

Sorry but it's not even eyeliner thats sign of insomnia because can never really sleep because of the sand spirt within him and if he does the sand spirt will be released.
I love gaara with his "eyeliner". He rocks. Whatever he uses, it looks much better than kankurou's "facepaint." I mean seriously, black is the new cool and purple is the new eww.
Its pencil so it doesn't smear when he crys..He gets it from Temari and Temari got it from Maybeline. Lol
Actually, I don't think its eyeliner. Didn't Gamabunta the chief toad mention somthing about how Gaara has permanent shadows under his eyes because of insomia. Since if he ever fell asleep the demon sealed inside him would take control of his body and eat his soul.
He doesn't use any it's natural hotness! He's just born with it! Yes, I do think he looks cute with it. No TOTALLY HOTT!

Considering that he almost has no eyebrows, maybe he DOES use eyeliners to "hide" that very... erm.... "weakness"? LOL XDDD I personally think someone without eyebrows looks "ugly", much like Goku SSJ3 in Dragon Ball. So Gaara wearing eyeliners makes him cuter than without it. I'm betting he wears Maybelline for that. 8D

its not eyeliner he has black around his eyes because he doesnt sleep because the one tail demon will posess him but i still think he cute yes=)
