How can I make a more smooth animation in pivot?!

Question: I want to make a smooth fight in Pivot Stick Figure Animator but I don't know how to make it smooth. I want it like Shock 2 but with just punching...Can anyone help me?

You need a high framerate, in other words: make a lot of pictures (by just moving the body-parts minimally).
WHen you have more pictures, the animation will be a lot smoother :)
