Spongebob would pull some stupid trick, it would fail, he'd trip, break his own arm, etc. and Underdog would win by default, it's that simple :) Or...They'd both hurt eachother and Patrick, or a rock, or somebody else would come in and win for no reason.
Well, Spongebob would blow a bubble that would look like an elephant, or something stupid like that, and Underdog would pop it, growl, and scare spongebob. So Underdog would win.
Think about. Use a little common sense. If SpongeBob lives in water and Underdog lives on land, how the devil are they supposed to fight? As stupid as this sounds, SpongeBob would win. He can breathe on land and water. All he'd have to do is make Underdog follow him underwater, hold him down there, and let him die a very pain death via suffacation. BTW, what in the blue heck made you think of this?
Under dog would win. He would tear that waterlogged rag into tiny bits, then I would through all the tinny bits into a raging fire.
