Mulder's partner is Agent Scully.
I like the movie better, it answered some questions about the show.
My favorite TV one would have to be about the circus carnival man who had a parasite/ siemies brother attached to him. The little brother could detached and went looking for another body to be it's brother. It would crawl out and attack the other retired carnies (carnival folks) and try to be one with them. Of course it ended up killing the person. The ending was hilarious because it got eaten by the bald tattoo guy who never spoke throughout the show. He was mute until the end where he was keeling over in a stomach pain, and Scully asked "What's wrong with your?", and the tattooed guy said "Must have been something I ate!" LOL!
The episodes involving Eugene Victor Tooms are also the best and the scariest!

I also like it when Mulder and Scully appeared on the Simpsons! In the episode call the Springfield Files.
Um, Dana Katherine Scully. Duhh. lol.
He was also partnered with Alex Krycek for several episodes in season 2.
My favorite episodes are a tie between season 5's "The Post-Modern Prometheus" and season seven's "All Things."
I like The Postmodern Prometheus because it's so wonderfully magical, humorous, fun and different. You feel like you're in a fairytale world.
I like All Things because it's Scully-centered, it reveals a lot about her character, and it's really spiritual. Plus Mulder and Scully do it.

Mulder's partner is Dana Scully. Other partners included Jerry Lamana (partner in Violent Crimes) and Alex Krycek (very briefly).
My favorite episodes are mostly the monster of the week episodes. Bad Blood, Arcadia, D.P.O., Post-Modern Prometheus are all among my favorites. I also liked (some of) the episodes about Mulder's sister.
