Question: Both of these villians are extremly intelligent and highly skilled fighters. If these two got into a fight with each other, who would win?
Azula does not need hand signs to use fire elements. Itachi can use genjutsu by making eye contact, create exploding clones of himself, and use substitution ninjutsu.

itachi because itachi can basicaly almost do everything azula can and more. he can do fire stuff(not in the same way but fire is fire) and all he really needs to do is make an exploding clone then make eye contact. If it hurts kakashi that much and he is as smart as shikamaru and really strong and skilled then imagine wat it would do to azula. plus he could let his clone wait and at the very end of his eye thingy he can have his clone go BOOM lol and byebye azula. but without powers i still think itachi would win because although azula is like a kung fu master she doesnt have blades like itachi. plus itachi is rutheless and will destroy her even if she is a girl. go itachi!!w00t w00t w00t

Itachi by far. I admit Azula is powerfull, but she can't compare to itachi's strength and sharingan. Itachi doesn't even need to make eye contact to use genjutsu, he could put her in some illusion and she would be helpless.
Meh, I don't like Itachi, ...and i'm not too fond of those weird lines under his eyes either, though I'd think he'd win. I mean, you should've seen how bad Kakashi got his a** owned in an episode.
Itachi definitely. Itachi knows the Mangekyo Sharingan and will use it on Azula and yeah, she will be extremely hurt. When Kakashi and Sasuke was affected by this move, they were severely injured, so Azula wouldn't stand a chance.
