There is one episode released a week because it is a large strain to animate that many frames in such a short amount of time. Not to mention for the American version they have to redub and sync them.
If you need to still contact them your best bet would be go through Tokyo TV or Studio Pierrot since that is where the show is aired and produced.
not only what ''Cr'' said its bc there is a manga a naruto comic type strip and if they made them too quick then they would over lap and then wich almost happened two years ago would happen again
P.s. episodes 136-before the first episodes of shipuuden are fillers wich mean they have nothing to do with the story line.
