It depends on the arc.
The original naruto arc is past episode 117. They passed it a while back so you might wanna watch a repeat on cartoon network.
If you're talking about shipudden, well i don't think they have made 100 episodes yet.

whoa you are behind there are over 220 episodes of naruto subbed (not including shippuden= shippuden has about 35 episodes and they are subbed, because they have already been released into japan) and 118 episodes dubbed. go to the following sites...
