I'm sure it isn't from Rozen Maiden. None of the characters look like that; Kirakishou has an eyepatch, but that's not what she looks like. Possibly it's a fan drawing of something?

I think Venus Versus Virus. I only saw one episode but it those look like the girl.
I don't think she's from Venus Versus Virus since her eyepatch is on the other side and the hair also looks different.
I'm pretty sure she's not from Rozen Maiden, either.
Maybe it was just a drawing?
