yes because at one point he wanted the sward that inuyasha had gotten from their dead father and inuyasha had cut off sesshomaru's arm during a battle over the sward when he was in his true form and sesshomaru had tried many different arms until naraku had given him a human arm and a shard of the jewel and that didn't help get the sward. that why sesshomaru is after naraku hope that helps u out in any way.

... seshie is looking for naraku cause he used him to try and kill inuyasha. And the jewel shard that was put in the human arm that naraku gave him was trying to "devour" seshie and it pissed him off he was used in a way that didn't pan out and could have caused him injury.... then naraku has rin kidnapped... more then once... which is a nono.
