While I won't argue that Temari is weaker than TenTen, you can't really look at their head to head fight as providing much evidence. More than anything, it was just a prime example of one person's specialty happening to be nullified by the other person's specialty.
It's much the same situation as why I think Orochimaru is an idiot. I understand why he wants the Sharingan, but the reason he wants it is the same reason he can't ever succeed in taking it: His method for taking it is perfectly countered by the ability itself. No one would argue that Sasuke is stronger than Orochimaru, but in a head to head fight, Orochi's justu specialization would be completely useless to him. Sasuke just happens to have the perfect counter for him.
TenTen really is only one good move (like the Shadowclone) away from becoming a dominant force for the Leaf Village. When fighting in a forest, just shadowclone around your opponent (including into the branches), then summon up a kunai with each clone and toss them as a rainstorm of weapons. Most ninja wouldn't have a way to avoid getting pummeled.

Temari no doubt about it. I mean, she did beat TenTen in the chunin exams.
Plus even with the time elapse, she still trained and made it to Jounin or special Jounin and is the kazekage's assistant.
TenTen isn't a jounin.
I would still say that Tenten is because she can summon a mass amount of ninja tool to attack with. The only problem is that Temari has the giants fan the can blow any tools away as seen in th cunine (forgot how to spell it) exams and Neji can just use his 8 trigrams palm rotation to block any attacks,but in the end probably Temari would win,but Tenten would put up a good fight.
Uh, first off, Neji is stronger than Tenten. All her weapon attacks are useless against his Kaiten. And secondly, as Temari flattened Tenten in a battle, I think the answer is obvious.
tamari is stronger because if the could beat one of the sound four and hey gave neji a hard fight the she can beat tenten.

i'd say temari because she beat tenten in the chuunin exam and tenten couldnt lay a finger on her. However i like tenten's weapons but temari's wind is far better. And neji is the best of the best and no one can beat him. I should know im his greatest fan!
