Answers: then y does he have sharingan and ontop of that he can use a diffrent sharigan so did he kill his best friend 2

Kakashi isn't from the Uchiha Clan. He obtained his Sharingan through an eye transplant.

Here's the story (Kakashi Gaiden arc):
Kakashi gained his Sharingan from his friend and team mate Uchiha Obito. Kakashi had lost his eye (a Rock ninja slashed him) when him and Obito went to save Rin (other team mate) from the Rock ninjas that had captured her. After they saved Rin, a rock slide was going to kill Kakashi but Obito pushed him aside and was crushed instead. Obito's right side was basically gone and it was his dying wish to give Kakashi his Sharingan, he told Kakashi that he could think of it as a present for becoming a Jounin (he was the only one that didn't give him anything). Rin, being a medical ninja, transplanted the Sharingan eye into Kakashi's eye.

Since Kakashi's best friend died because of him (he saved him), Kakashi was able to gain Mangekyou Sharingan. Although there are many other theories going around, I believe this is the best one.

no kakashi is not from the uchiha clan, his sharingan was a gift from a friend. When kakashi turned to a jounin his team mate was a uchiha and he was the one who gave kakashi the sharingan

he's not an uchiha. he got the sharingan as a gift from the dieing Obito(an Uchiha)

Jazmin wrapped it up for you. He is not a member.

it was a gift

no kakashi is not from the uchiha clan he got the sharigan when he was small his friend gave it to him before his friend died, [ the eye got operated on his]

eye given to him, he's not a member of the clan

Kakashi is NOT from the Uchiha clan: The only surviving ones are Sasuke, Itachi, Madara, and probably Tobi.
In a separate story, it told that before Itachi was born (and killed the whole clan), he was in a 3 man squad like Naruto. Kakashi's teammates was an Uchiha called Obito and another called Rin. Their mentor was the soon-to-be famed Fourth Hokage, or Miyato Namikaze, or Naruto's dad.
On a mission, Obito saved Kakashi from an attack, and gave him his Sharingan eye as a graduation present for becoming a Jonin.

When his best friend was dying from an enemy attack, he gave his sharingon to Kakashi. To this day, Kakashi still can't close his left eye.

no he received it from a childhood friend who died named Obito.

well like the others said no he's not from the uchiha clan. and itz already been explain how he got the sharigan it was inplanted.thatz y he has his eye covered all the time cuz he cant turn it on and off like the uchiha brothers.it also drains alot of chakra when he uses it thatz y kakashi tries not to use it and is always out for a long time after usin the sharigan in battle....but about mangekyo sharigan itz not sure how he developed it. and he did not kill his best friend so itz not because of that. we have seen kakashi only use this sharigan to create a time warp and itachi can cast genjutsu with his. it is also said that kakashi sharigan is not as powerful because he doesnt have uchiha blood. so i dont think that kakashi's mangekyo sharigan requires u to kill your best friend. and also his look different from the original

Obito a dead friend of Kakashi gave his left eye to Kakashi cause the right half of Obito was under a rock.He gave his eye to Kakashi as a present for his graduation as a jounnin, because he forgot to bring Kakashi something, also Kakashi lost his real eye in a battle

At the age of 13, Kakashi achieved Jonin status. As a reward for his accomplishment, he was assigned to lead his team on a sabotage mission to blow up a bridge in order to prevent enemy forces from attacking Konoha. Shortly after the mission started, Kakashi's teammate, Rin was captured by enemy shinobi. Kakashi's other teammate, Obito Uchiha immediately stated his intention to save her, but Kakashi said they had to focus on completing the mission, opting not to make the same mistake his father had. Though Kakashi believed that they had to complete their objective and they parted ways, a little reflection on Obito's words and Rin's prior kindness eventually convinced him that his father had done the right thing in saving his teammates. This revelation prompted Kakashi to turn back to join Obito in the rescue effort, although he initially claims that he did not believe Obito could survive on his own—a statement that is more or less supported by how his arrival coincided with saving his oblivious teammate from a ninja's attack.

During their attempt to save Rin, Kakashi lost his left eye as a result of taking an enemy ninja's attack for Obito. To protect Kakashi in return, Obito managed to awaken his Sharingan and killed their assailant. Soon after saving Rin, a rockfall technique was triggered and a rock struck Kakashi on his blind side. He would have been buried beneath the rocks had Obito not pushed Kakashi out of the way, getting the right side of his body almost completely crushed in the process. Shortly before he died, Obito had Rin (a medical ninja) implant his Sharingan eye in Kakashi's damaged eye socket as a gift. As his first act with his new eye, Kakashi avenged Obito by killing the enemy ninja with his now-perfected Chidori technique, bringing the Kakashi of today into being.

Years later, Kakashi became a member of the Konohagakure ANBU where he served as a squad leader. During this time, he had several kōhai, named Yugao Uzuki and Tenzo, and recognized the latter as the most successful of his kōhai. It is unknown when or why he left ANBU, but he still wears his gloves, a characteristic of ANBU uniforms.
