From a bit of research (since I'm bored and I wanted to waste some time), this is the result:
Naruto Shippuuden ep. 35 = Naruto chapters 284, "New Companions" and 285, "You, from Root". Both chapters are in Naruto manga Volume 32.
Considering that we have reached manga chapter 379, this means the anime still has 94 manga chapters to "chase"; if we divide them into 2 chapters per episodes, the current chapter 379 will be most likely on Episode 82 (after a total of 47 episodes).
Since it's simple mathematics, plus a bit logic, sometimes it may become faster, or slower, depending on the episodes themselves. Which means, I may be wrong. =^_^=

Right episode 36 is the same as manga chapter 380. The dub venison's are only on episodes 116-177 though.
There is already at least 365 mangas out. if u do not know, i sugest catching up in the books.
