Transformers movie remake idea?!
Question: i think they should remake the film so that it's based more on the G1 anime/cartoon because Michael Bay doesnt repect the source material.
instead of looking for the stupid allspark the decepticons come to earth in search of Scorponok and in this version he's half as tall as the the world trade center (shame they're gone).
Reason why scorponok's on earth, Autobots and Decepticons built him and Fortress Maximus on Cybertron but those 2 involved in the war cause many casualties on both sides and they they were in a deadlock, realizing that victory would come at too high a price, the 2 faction called a truce, and in that truce Fortress Maximus and Scorponok had to leave Cybertron and never come back. Fortress Maximus ended up drifting into deep space but Scorponok crash landed on Earth near Okinawa, Japan.

it's an alright idea, but if your really gonna be true to the cartoon like you said in the beginning, then i suggest you leave the vehicle designs alone.
if you weren't disgusted enough with the movie and you watched the extras, you'll find that Micheal Bay had a reason for having each transformer what they were. he tried to make each one retain most of their original properties while still being as up to date as possible. and i know most of you are gonna bash me for saying this, but bumblebee should definitely stay as the prototype Camaro. that things looks completely awesome. a Volkswagen beetle just isn't that cool anymore. but if you payed attention, they gave him a cameo by having the "new" bumblebee hit him in the beginning(car lot).
as for your last update, why would you make a movie that reminds everyone of their childhood so violent? if you did that then we wouldn't be able to show the new younger generation of kids the things we grew up with to know and love.
as for the idea itself, it's not that bad. it would definitely need some more background to be considered for a movie.
that sounds cool but I think just 1 movie is good enough.
