The first time was, of course, when they went to save Rukia. The second time was during a filler arc, It was episodes 92to 109. the actual whole story from that started on episode 64 though, but soul society came back into it at 92
Lol, I watch the episodes when they originally air, and that arc was like 2-3 years ago, so I don't remember the specific episodes o.O So long I don't even remember exactly how long, lol. Have you tried looking up a timeline or something?
they went in the Bounto arc, cant remember which epis unfortunately. you wont find it in the manag becuase its a filler so keep looking
