Question: Why do people say it was a draw? clearly sasuke won but didn't want to kill Naruto. He could have if he wanted to.

people say it's a draw cuz naruto can't control the fox chackra sasuke is nor will he ever be stronger than naruto he just has more control over his curse mark than naruto has over his demon and why would'nt he he did train with orochimaru for 3 years while naruto trained with jiraiya he didn't learn anything but the fact that he indeed can't control the demon either way naruto is stronger than sasuke but untill he learns to control his temper and add some finess with his fighting sasuke will be better than him not stronger but better there's a big difference

at this point in time in manga sasuke is stronger, but narutos new training is supposably now making him at par with sasuke. so can't say for sure until round two and one is beaten for sure

Well Naruto fought a big battle and then he fought Sasuke keep that in mind.
Really Sasuke did win the fight between them and he spared Naruto's life on a whim.
But that doesn't mean he's stronger :D.
i still reckon naruto's better because he has beaten stronger people than sasuke
we dont know how is stronger coz:
naruto fought to bring sasuke back but sasuke fought coz naruto is annoying him to get back so its not a death fight for that reason we dont know
tie. naruto is real strong now
naruto was holding back and saskue was giving it his all. that does not sound like a clear win to me.
plus, in the beginning of their battle, saskue told naruto that he did not need his forehead protector because naruto cound not touch him. in the end, naruto did scratch his forehead protector. based on that, naruto won.
Sasuke was stronger because of the Curse Seal state 2 thingy! but Naruto is MUCH stronger! it obvious!! Naruto > Sasuke!!
