Does Naruto have the brains to be Hokage?!
Question: I genuinely believe that Naruto will one day be the most powerful ninja in the Naruto universe...once he learns to control that amazing chakra of his!
But, it seems that the Hokage needs more than just power. Both the 3rd and Tsunade have to make a lot of important decisions, and Naruto is a bit of a hothead. I'm not saying that he's not bright but sometimes he makes really stupid decisions and gets his priorities all messed up. What do you think? Do you think he will ever have what it takes?

Of course he will. u are right to say that he is a hot head, but when things get serious, he pulls himself together and comes through. Sure he is the #1 Hyperactive Knucklehead ninja in the Leaf Village, but he is also kind and powerful and is a great stratagist. When it comes time, I am confident that Naruto will stop his goofing off and become what it takes to be Hokage. If he doesn't, will Sasuke? If u think about it, Naruto has the brains of a rocket scientist, he just doesn't use them much. And he also has the brain of the nine tailed fox sealed in him. He has 2 extrodinary minds thinking, he has the brains to be Hokage. TCHA

well remember that he is still young and he has improve a lot since he left with jirayya (or whatever u spell it) so yeah he's got a lot of power behind but Im sure he'll get better
Well, if u watched Shippuden, you would have learned that Naruto has matured a bit over the years. Furthermore, he has gone through a lot in his life and has learned a lot from it. Also, the Hokage has to be kind and think of everyone as his or her family, and Naruto is probably one of the kindest, most caring people in Konoha.
Well he doesn't show is very much,but yes I would say that he can. Most of the time Naruto is just playing around,but when it comes time for the moment of truth Naruto pulls it together to get the job done. Overall I would say he defiantly has what it takes to become hokage.
He seems to be the type who learns from his mistakes. Once he's an adult, I'm sure he'll be able to handle it.
Look how he handles the younger generation when he's leading them. Seems to be off to a good start.
Ya maybe it tends to go with the writer. Ya he doesnt make the brightest decisions.
Well, he does make a lot of quick stupid decisions but we can all see that he always makes it right in the end because he never gives up. Also, I think he will be better at making good decisions as he keeps maturing. You never know, he could just Shikamaru, Sakura or someone real smart to advise him.
Naruto is smart when he wants to be in my. Like alot of times when he does pay attention and actually stops to think he comes up with these brilliant ideas like the plan to get Zabuza to release Kakashi from the water prison or his idea to use the shadow clone(s) as diversions or for rasengan. He also tends to do better under pressure
of course!!! i mean, look at jiraiya!! he was just like naruto as a kid... and even though he seems immature now at times) i think that hes extremely smart and if he put his mind to it could become a great hokage!!

EDIT: when i say this, i dont mean now. hes just a child. ALOT more has to happen in his life before he can achieve anything.... ^^ but hell pull through.

No way, he is way too unintelligent to ever lead anyone. Guys, you can't disagree with me, isn't it his stupidity which adds the humor to the show? No matter how powerful he is, or how great in battle, he is just too stupid to lead a village.

i think most likely he is going to be hokage because his dad was hokage.I think it was the 3rd or 4th O_O And sure hes a hothead and a somewhat perv but i bet he would because Kakashi said he has an unusual lvl of chakra So i bet he would make a great hokage :D
yes he can. He is still young and he will mature over the time. He has his hidden power and his personality of not giving up. The fiveth believed in him and give him her nick lase.
well naruto is quite the strategest but i dont think he could run the hidden leaf village YET. but there is still some time befor a new hokage is needed

Yes i beleive that Naruto will be Hokage. He is only 15/16 so what do you expect?! the other Hokages were in their 20s when thye became Hokage.
