For Naruto manga readers:?!
Question: 1. Has Naruto officially become a chuunin yet? If he has not, does it seem as though he will soon?
2. What ever happened to Deidara? I am watching Shippuuden and he has thus far lost both his arms...does he somehow regrow or get them reattached (well the one he lost to Gaara is gone for good because it was crushed, but most of the other one seems intact)?

1. No Naruto has not become a chunin yet. He doesn't seem to be interested in taking the chunin exams for now, so he's going to remain a genin.
2. Deidara had his one arm reattached by Kakuzu after having been blown off by Kakashi's mangekyo sharingan. His other arm was made out of his clay and then attached to his body. Yes, if you want to spoil it, Deidara is now dead in the manga. He fought with Sasuke and in a move to try and take them both out, he blew himself up. Sasuke barely managed to make a cowardly escape using Manda as a shield to protect himself from the blast, and now Deidara is gone for good.
Naruto is not a chuunin yet but is at chuunin level if not higher. I don't really know anout Deidara but I think Kakuzu reattaches the arm for him....
1) no but since he trained with jiraiya, he is technically at a higher level than chunnin.
2)sorry to say, deidara fought sasuke and deidara was later killed if you read the manga.

hes not a chuunin (yet) but hes at their level all he needs to do is take the test... (which ihope he will...)

1) Naruto iisn't a chuunin cause he wasn't there to take another exam but they classified him as a chunnin cause all of his training with Jiraya fills up for him not taking the exam!
2)He gets his arms reattach and all but when he fights sasuke he ends up making hisself explode! Basically he got very intemidated by sasukes eyes cause they remind him of Itachi so he commits suicide to kill sasuke! To bad he couldn't kill sasuke! So he killed himself! He went! BOOM!!!
yay! good question! =) i think he is still a gennin but kakashi himself just said on one of the latest mangas that naruto skills as a shinobi has surpassed even his own. he loses his other arm in a battle w/ kakashi and naruto lol. deidaras arms get reattached and i know wut happens to him to but i dont want to spoil it for ya. plz fav. my answer ;) ty hope i helped
