To Superman's fan?Cofusion?!

Question: When I look some of the old Superman show, like (The adventure of Superman)or Superman's comic book.I'm suprise.

You know like when Superman's clothing is invulnerable as him in the early comics,it is explained that the cloths became invulnerable as him after it was exposed to Earth yellow sun.

Superman also had a sword from Krpton known as Kryptium, the only known metal that could hurt him.

The question is,why does Superman's spaceship that send him to Earth when he was a baby blow's up when it landed on Earth?Because even Superman's clothing could stand a nuclear blast, the heat of the core of the star.

But why wouldn't the Krypton metal that was used to made his spaceship stay intact when it landed on Earth?

The metal from Krypton is supposedly stronger than the clothing from Krypton that Superman wore. But why does the Krypton metal couldn't even stand a landing crash on Earth?

well first of all your reading silver and golden comic books and everything in those issues has been rewriten and forgotten, during the 1980's crisis on infinite earth event. supermans uniform is not from krypton, its just a uniform, it doens't get damaged as much as it normally would because superman generates a small "aura" that extendes enough to cover his uniform....but not his cape, that why you will see his cape in shreds sometimes. as for kryptium, that has been writen away.
in this new earth you have to BE kryptonian....not an object from krypton in order to gain super powers...it has to be biological

Well that my friend is a mistake by the creators of superman...

It's a comic, not real, who cares?!

When the early (1930's) comics were written, the writers were just churning out stuff as fast and cheap as they could. They figured that only kids would read this stuff, and didn't realize that fans would start getting picky over details like continuity.

Years later, a new generation of writers had to start fiddling with details to make the story consistent. In some versions, the spaceship survived, and Pa Kent buried it, later digging it up to show to Clark (after Clark's powers started developing).
