I think Superman - he's got the most powers, so it would be like getting several things.
Spiderman's got the webs and the strength, but he's not immortal. Batman's just got the outfit and the cool car, so it's kind of just like getting a cool car. Then there are the fantastic 4 group - each person has 1 power, and they're cool, but not all that useful. Same with X-Men.
But superman... you've got the incredible speed, heat vision, x-ray vision, flight, super strength, bullet-proof... it's like having it all.
