Basically Nelly is right - big heads and eyes, and small bodies. The most helpful thing in drawing chibi that I ever learned was "make sure the head takes up 1/3 of the body." And make sure the hair is really big, too.

i think the head takes up 1/3 of the whole body.so a huge head and small body, with big eyes. and a cute little outfit :3
