Question: Yes Naruto DOES go into the 4-Tailed Kyubi state when fighting with Orichimaru at the earth and heaven bridge.

You have to download the manga or wait for the Naruto shippuden episode to come out soon, but Naruto actually does go into the 4 tailed state and he looks so cool!

im not sure if the manga or anime shows it.....but its not a rumor.....jiraya said in shippuden ep 36/37 tht he almost died when naruto formed the fourth tail.....he also says he almost died when tsunade caught him peekin at the womens side of the spa.....tht scene is actually pretty funny......u hav 2 watch it

In anime: It hasn't been shown yet, but maybe in between Episodes 40 - 42 of Naruto Shippuuden (currently is Episode 37).

Everyone is right he will go 4 Tails versus Orochimaru and it is awesome, you can also see in Photobucket, just enter 'Naruto 4 tail', u can do the same for 3 tails, i got the pics posted on myspace profile.
