Recommended action/horror/romance/!
Question: I like animes like Naruto, HunterxHunter, Blood+, Monster, Ouran high school, Higurashi no nakukoro ni, ghost hunt, rurouni kenshin and etc. I don't like Bleach, or any kind of kiddie anime. I like anime with action, horror, and little bit of romance in it. will you recommend me some anime please? thank you

On the top of my list:
1. Le Chevalier D'eon: HORROR, lots of action and a little bit of romance. 24 Episodes.
It's the best anime of 2007 and one of the best I've seen. It's about a knight, D'eon, who finds his sister's body in a coffin and tries to solve his sister's murder. It's set in historical France, during the time of Louis XV's reign. D'eon must battle a mysterious organization, complete his duties as a knight and solve his sister's murder. The graphics are quite impressive (although you can see budget limits every now and then), including the camera angles. The characters are well defined. The horror elements have original designs. Although the plot bends some historical events, it is very very compelling, well-paced and you'll feel that the story is truly intertwined with history. Awesome anime. I can't praise it enough.
2. Elfen Lied. HORROR (of the psychotic and blood variety); action, and a subtle romance. Only 13 episodes.
Prepare to see trucks of nudity; disturbing social issues; blood and AMPUTATED LIMBS. In fact, you'll see a truckload of amputated limbs in the beginning of the show. Sweet. The story is about a mutated human called Nyu, who is found on the beach by Kouta and his cousin. Nyu is amnesiac, childlike and helpless...until a person or another being gets abusive and she turns into a psychotic killer. A prevalent theme is human weaknesses and how those weaknesses turn us to uh... monsters. Definitely not for kids. An enjoyable and impressive anime.
3. Hellsing. Horror, lots of Action and blink-and-you'll-miss-it romance.
The anime is a little different from the manga. The anime adapation has a well-paced plot. The graphics are not so hot, but the scenes are great! The Hellsing organization, led by Integra Hellsing, must fight against a wave of artificial vampires, with the help of the scariest (and abnormally loyal) vampire, Alucard. The characters are awesome. The vampire design on Alucard is v. original. Awesome and entertaining. *sigh* I want another season.
4. Vision of Escaflowne has action and romance; not horror though. It has a solid storyline; impressive soundtrack; compelling characters. It's clean, but definitely not kiddie. It's a great balance of action, epic elements and romance/drama.
5. Yu Yu Hakusho has action, horror (sorta), and a little bit of romance. It's about a boy who dies and gains the power to fight supernatural beings. If you want the long, Shonen type series, then this is for you.
have you tried claymore or karin? if you're open to newer anime... there's rental magica, night wizard and dragonaut
since you like romance, have you tried any of the da capo series?

Vampire Knight manga!
I highly recommend this manga because it's awesome! Also includes suspense and cliffhangers. Kind of annoying sometimes, but you can imagine about what'll happen next!

Yami no Matsuei (Descendants of Darkness) fills the horror, psychological, action categories well. There is no real romance, but some sexual harassment and it alludes to rape. However, this is between men, so don't watch this show if that bothers you.
