Question: What comes next after vol. 18? Is it the Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow movie or should I watch vol.19? Please don't give me details. I just finished watching vol. 18 from netflix.

In the anime the first Naruto movie: Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow is supposed to be watched after episode 101.
Since I don't read the manga, I checked up on Volume 18, and Volume 18 is the same as episode 89-91ish. So Volume 19 is only on episode 92 - 98ish. I think you should read all of Volume 19 and then watch the movie.
I hope what I said makes sense =]
The snow movie doesn't really fit into the timeline, so get vol 19.
