Yes, Because in the next season which the producers are working on right now Nappa the saiyan who was Vegeta's partner in the saiyan saga is brought back to life and he becomes super saiyan three in an attemp to get the dragonballs and wish for eternal life, he just has a very long golden mohican hairdoo, but Vegeta being a SS4 by this point (After "GT") makes easy dispose of him.
what is that guy talking about? Dragon ball its all over now, for years now! So anyway I dont think their hair matters because they dont have their powers from their hair. So no it wouldnt matter.
