Oh, no! It was a great show! When you grew up watching that you could catch all the little political references. It's a very funny show. There are a lot of underlying tones and you have to pay attention to catch them. It was great in its time. But I can understand if you grew up in a different era that you would have a hard time watching and getting it. My husband and I both love Rocky & Bullwinkle.

Brilliantly written, in the era of the Cold War. Its you.

Not overrated at all...you have to catch all the political undertones. It was more or less aimed at older kids & adults. I still watch it n love it. That was back in the day when you could say what you felt & the PC police didn't exist..

Yeah...its way overrated. Bullwinkle's stupidity and Rocky's voice were just too much.

It's just you. It was a brilliant commentary on the Cold War. The amazing writing was ahead of it's time. The voice actors, Bill Scott, June Foray, Paul Frees, Daws Butler and others had some of the best comic timing in cartoons...the only ones that can even come close to the chemistry that they had would be the actors on The Simpsons (which June Foray worked on) and Futurama.
Little can be said about the animation. But it was early television animation, so it was done as quickly and as cheaply as possible. They didn't have the advantage of computer technology like the cartoons of today have.

All in all it was a brilliant show.
