Hmm, my memory's horrible, but the only time I remember him "crying" was in the manga when his eyes were watering after he had Obito's eye transplanted into his wounded eye. And the enemy ninja thought he was crying.
But that's in the manga, so I doubt that's it.
As for the anime, I don't remember him crying, no. Maybe in a scene where he was in pain, or by the memorial stone thing or something?

i dont remember kakashi ever crying...
it may be a mistake on my part though....
so serious.... i dont even think he cried when the third hokage died.... but then again... no one else but konohamaru did either....
but yeah..... i dont remember him EVER crying in the anime series.... so im pretty sure that it was a work of fanart ^^
