YEAH..... that really is just fan art (made by fans...) and i dowbt that this is fan art of tohru honda from fruits basket b/c that is not her uniform at all....

The uniform isn't right for Fruits Basket. It looks like either a fanart of something or a screenshot from a dating sim game.

This like many others have said it look like it came from a romance computer game.
The artwork is too detailed for a regular animation, and also the boy's eyes are not seen. Plus the girl have the standard 'girl of your dream' look.
