Drawing animes or mangas?!
Question: hello, I'm like 16, sophomore in high school and I want to know how to draw good anime characters or mangas. I'm just starting so, should I start by looking at the picture and draw by myself or is there other way to start?
I really want to be good at this kind of drawing so help me out?

Do you like an anime or manga? Look at that persons drawing and if you like anything in it, start to draw it. After you start to catch on how you draw it, then start putting them in poses to practice and then put your own personality into it by changing the eyes a bit and creating your whole new characters.
That's how the creator of Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto did it. That's how I did it from Kishimoto's drawings too.
Get those "How to draw Manga" books. And keep on practicing,
try printing out some pictures and tracing them out so you can get the shape and everything into your head, then it gets easier.
Take art classes, and go to an art school.
I would start out tacing lots of pictures then slowly start to do them by yourself, and their is also guides on the internet and books that give you step by step instructions on how to draw them, if you keep practicing and working on it you'll eventually get the idea of how to make them, hope this helps^_^
cool it is good to have a interest in manga and/or anime.
anime is the animated version of manga. manga is the book/comic version of anime. get it? good...

Well try drawing some basic objects first
start with shapes. circles are for the face, circles, triangle and squares are basic steps in how to draw eyes. then if your get better draw some real anime eyes. then next is the face, and then you will get better in drawing the whole body
