Only 2 episodes that i know so far have been subbed but i think on crunchyroll.com they have it I'm not sure. You have to have an account for crunchyroll. The two subbed ones can be found on youtube.com Trust me i've tried before and I loved watching the episodes I thought it was really cute. I don't know why the people were taking soooooo long to sub the episodes soooo disappointing.
Try veoh.com or youtube and type in the the name and then the chapter i tried watching too.
I hope they come out SOON.
