Sakura won't react like u think, cause she doesn't love Naruto, she just likes him as a friend, but if Sasuke was in Narutos place yep she would react pretty badly. But if it Naruto she'll feel happy for him.
hm, he'd probably be the one to pass out this time, lol
and Sakura, would probably be jealous, even if she isn't all that big on Naruto
naruto would probaby go wtf and say something and then the whole episode becomes emotional, full of tears and something like that and sakura might congratulate naruto

Nah i actually think he has this little thing for her but it's not that strong.
I think he would be taken back by it an wouldn't really realize it, until later and and recall old memory of him and Hinata talking together and hopefully he would go to her and return the same feelings. At least that's how I want it to turn out.

Well in one of the filler episodes, Shino and Kiba tell Naruto that Hinata has been working hard and trying to perfect her Byakugan because she wanted to be recognized by her cousin Neji and her father Hiashi. They also tell Naruto that Hinata mostly wants Naruto to recognizer her and notice her.
So, Naruto does kind of sort of realizes that Hinata cares enough about him enough to work extremely hard.
Lol, but if she came out and blurted it in his face, I think she would get the "Naruto Reaction". You know, the one where he looks at the character in disbelief and says "Really?" and then it hits him and he gets all happy and excited =] Late reaction...
Haha, Sakura would pretend to be happy for Naruto and Hinata. She would make it seem as though she is glad that Hinata finally told him her feelings. However Inner Sakura would probably be mad. It appears that she cares for him, maybe not like she loves him but like they are brother and sister.
So ya, Naruto's reaction would be priceless and Sakura's would be interesting. But I really don't think Hinata would ever blurt out her feelings...
Well i think Naruto would be shocked if Hinata blurted out her feelings, because he obivously had no clue that Hinata would actually like (as a friend and also as a lover xD) him... Maybe he will like her back...and maybe he won't. We all have to just watch the show or read the books to find out, except I don't really think Hinata will ever say her feelings to Naruto for some reason...
I also think Sakura will feel pretty happy for Naruto but maybe a bit jealous also because she kinda likes him um in Shippuuden and as >Jazmin< said, the Inner Sakura will might be in rage lol.
