Question: I do. Basically, Death Note is an anime about a genious 17 year old who finds a death note that a shinigami dropped. Light, the genious, uses the death note for what he calls justice and kills any criminal, major or minor. Im not telling the rest for you people that dont know what death note is. You should watch it, its awesome.

this is a great one..plus i watch the two movies of it already and both were pretty good..i finished the ending and i was kinda annoyed about it :/

Yes. It's one of my favorite animes. And on my top 10 list. It gets me hooked and I love the suspense it leaves near the end of almost each episode.

Death Note is currently airing at midnight on Saturdays (so, technically Sunday morning) on Cartoon Network.
What people should actually be doing, though, is reading the manga. The anime doesn't capture the detail in plotting on either Light or L's end of the "game." That, and with on 35 episodes it falls short in the plot department in general. The manga is far superior.

yeah. its awesome. Ive decided to watch the dub. I thought Light was my favorite character at first, but now i hate him, and L is my favorite. Ryuk is cool too.

YES its so bloody awesome, death note is. but sadly the story is so short. amazing plot and everything. and the animation of the anime is esp nice and make the anime freakkin cool.

Hell Yes! Death Note is a great refresher from the Naruto and Bleach action animes that you see all the time. Not saying that theres anything wrong with Bleach and Naruto, they're great too, but Death Note is just brilliant in every way.
Death Note is awesome,and it was actually made from a comic book series.They even made a movie for it.But yeah anime fans it's definetly a watch!

Death Note IS awesome! cept now the dubed it in English and the voices are all screwed up, but the subed is awesome!
Its awsome. thats all i can say.
yeah love it but if people are going to watch it i suggest the sub versions because the dubbed isnt bad if you dont know their japanese voice but i think it suits them better so yeah great plot and if you like death gods and a notebook that kills people this anime is for YOU :D

I love Death Note!
I began reading the manga last year and watching the anime in Japanese soon after. I also introduced it to 3 of my friends, and they all agree it's great.
L is my favorite character but I like pretty much all of them. I think it's the characters that make it such a unique series.
I don't like the english dub that much though. :/ The japanese voices are a lot better in my opinion. But even the dub can't ruin such an awesome show.
So yeah.
