Question: its about two girls who are classmates and are competing for the title of queen of...something. (dont remember wut it was) and the task is to like populate a world i think, and they can use familiars to help them. but i think there was a rule that if they fell in love then they couldnt compete anymore? yea, im pretty sure that was it.

EDIT: how about the anime "petite princess yucie" though it is about 5 girls competing to be queen ... two of the main characters hate eachother....

Petite Princess Yucie? They weren't competing to populate the world, the were competing for like Galaxy princess or something, where they would get this magical tiara that could grant them a wish and Yucie was gonna wish to be grown up cuz she looked like a kid but was really like 17 or something, and the other girl was the same way. Well, if it sounds familiar cool.
