I think so because it a very popular couple talk about,about the show. You can't go anywhere on youtube/Internet without finding Naruto and Hinata together when you type there names in. Plus there is mush popularity in fan art so its not that hard to notice. Many people want to see them get together. So, I pretty sure he knows.
