That is a very good question because normally, the episodes come out once a week. However, it's been almost two weeks and Chapter 12: The Western Air Temple has not aired yet. It has not even been leaked out on the Internet.
So, unfortunately, there isn't a definite answer on when this episode will be coming out. Trust me, I understand your excitement and anxiousness, but we have to wait a little longer for this episode to come out.
Who knows? Maybe it'll come out tomorrow, and finally put our suspicions to rest.

Edit: According to the cited source below, the episode was scheduled to air last week December 7. Obviously it didn't air but again, we will wait.
