Daisuke Niwa and Riku cause they had a lot of trouble staying 2geter n it mak the story great.(they both look cute too)
Naruto and Sasuke make the best couple in my opinion. I have asked around, and many others agree that they have the best chemistry between them.
Out of that list I'd say Ichigo and Rukia... their chemistry is great, especially the way Ichigo reacts to Rukia's various eccentricities.

Sasuke and Sakura. I know they're not canonized yet but I'm sure they will and if it WILL happen. their love story would be filled with angst, drama, humor, and fluff. and I think it's impossible for Kishimoto (creator of Naruto) to change the pairings because there are too much sasusaku moments and fans would just keep their hopes up for nothing. The main excitement here is the day they'll be canonized. Can't wait!
