BLEACH!!!! Bleach is SOOO good! Then there's also Fullmetal Alchemist...but really, try Bleach....and you need to stick with it 'cause the earlier episodes can be a bit dull, but then it gets into some REALLY awesome stuff!!!
--And yes, I love Naruto too! KAKASHI RULES!!! ^_^
By the way, if you haven't already, try watching Naruto abridged on livevideo or youtube...There are some REALLY funny parts!

You NEED to watch Death Note. The storyline is amazing and you will be hooked by the first episode :)
Fate/Stay Night is very good! Lots of action and kinda sci-fi/fantasy-ish. Very sad too..but I loved it!
Cardcaptor Sakura is one of my favorite fantasy/romance anime shows. I highly recommend.
If you love gore and violence then I highly recommend Elfen Lied and Higurashi no Naku Koro Ni Kai.
Hunter X Hunter and Trinity Blood both have a good storyline..you should definitely watch those :)
Bleach is good but I think the manga is better. Sometimes the show tries tries too hard to make a point to the audience (which would be you). And the storyline is pretty obvious..girl gets kidnapped - boy tries to save girl - boy must go through a number of enemies to reach the girl. But it's 'ok'. :)
