ADV licensed Mermaid Melody back in 2004 but they were unable to get the backing to air it on TV and advertisers, which led them to drop it. It hasn't been picked up since. The only thing in English is the manga.

i don't think so. i don't even think they made episodes in english yet. i watched mermaid melody and i never saw english episodes. i'll post again if i figure it out :D
