shikamaru could be yoh (shaman king) and yoh could be shikamaru, both are lazy, careless and don't like troublesome stuff...itachi or sasuke could be at light's from death note place as kira, rock lee could be matsuda and sakura misa, but L could be..hmm..gaara? orichimaru=voldemort, well smthn like that...^^
Honey (Ouran High School Host Club) and Momiji (Fruits Basket) could switch and no one would tell the difference!

I think if you switched out Maleficent (Kingdom Hearts: 1, CoM, and 2) and Kagura (InuYasha). Because Kagura would kill whoever approached her castle (BWAHAHA! By by Prince Phillup!) and Maleficent's so evil that she could turn into a dragon to scare Niraku (IDK how to spell it) into setting her free.
