School Rumble is the best thing out there
They are playing Blood+ on adult swim. I really like it. Go to you tube and watch a little. The first episode is actually quite good. I don't think it's out on DVD yet though.
And you might like the Full Metal Panic series..... maybe.
Mermaid Melody, Ouran High School Host Club, Fruits Basket, and Tokyo Mew Mew are REALLY good animes! They are my all time favorite animes!
They all have some action except for Ouran but trust me it's an awesome anime!

Here are descriptions of the shows!
Mermaid Melody: The Pink Pearl Mermaid Princess Luchia must go to the human world to find her sacred pearl she gave to a boy she met 7 years ago. After getting her pearl back she must find the 6 other mermaid princesses to help reawaken Aqua Regina so she can save the undersea world and the human world from the evil Gaito.
Ouran HighSchool Host Club: A girl named Haruhi gets a scholorship to the prestigious Ouran private High School. Since she is a commaner she cannot afford the school uniform and resorts to wearing slacks & polo shorts. Combined with the fact that she has short tousled hair and large glasses she is mistaken for a boy. Looking for a quiet place to study Haruhi walks into the Third Music Room only to find the Ouran Host Club. While in the room Haruhi accidentaly knocks over a vase worth $80,000 so the Host Club (Thinking she is a boy) make her a host to pay off her debt. Haruhi's real gender is revealed to all the members of the Host Club but she is allowed to continue charading as a boy to be a host as long as she dosn't reveal it to the customers.
Fruits Basket: A girl named Tohru Honda was living by herself in a tent finds a house on her way to school one morning. Her classmate Yuki Sohma and his cousin Shigure are the ones who live there. When Yuki & Shigure find out that Tohru lives in a tent they invite her to stay with them. When her tent is buried in a landslide she accepts. Soon after she moves in Yuki's other cousin Kyo comes and challenges Yuki. When Tohru tries to stop the fight she accidently hugs Kyo turning him into a cat. When Yuki & Shigure are accidently hugged too they turn into a rat & a dog. Tohru then discovers the Sohma family secret. 13 members of the Sohma family are cursed. When they are hugged by someone of the opposite gender or they are put under a great deal of stress they turn into 1 of the Chinese Zodiac animals. Tohru promises to keep the secret so her memories are not erased unlike anyone else who was not apart of the Sohma family.
Tokyo Mew Mew: 5 ordinary girls get infused with the DNA of 5 endangered animals. They must use their new powers to defend the Earth from the aliens that are trying to take Earth as their own.

inuyasha is kinda romantic...but it takes forever for the real feelings to come out...but if you like watching demons getting chopped into sushi thats for you...its for me and i personally like it...:)

i recomend sand chronicles, absolute boyfriend, and vampire knight...its manga thats in shojo beat
vampire knight...its pretty awesome with the whole action romance thing...i like it a lot
watch fushigi yuugi. its all about action and romance. another one of my favs is d.n.angel. ull luv both!!
