Inuyahsa - Change the World, closely followed by My Sacrifice.
Bleach - Intro 6 (Alones)
Naruto - Intro 10 (Hero's Come Back). I thought the original (Intro 1 - Rocks) was better than most people give credit.
Sonic - Team Sonic Heros
You didn't ask, but the last intro used for Full Metal Alchemist was great.
