It didn't work for me either. Like Shester, it's probably busy. There are other possibilities. How many times did you visit the link? Sometimes the browsers say to come back later. Maybe it's the type of browser you own. I own the latest Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. My Internet Explorer has all kinds of broken links and a lot of places I go are busy, so I use Mozilla Firefox and it takes me to the place I want.
It's either busy, has a broken link, or it is your type of browser.

Wow I got through I guess I the only one. It could be though the sever is/was down or there updating the site and would let you through or appeared to be down.
