Sasuke kills orochimaru and is with 3 people im sorry i cant remember their names and is going to find Itachi and kill him. Right now the story is at big climax because the fight between the 2 uchihas is going to most likely begin in chapter 384

there's so much to give and we might forget very important details. If you want that many chapters, why not read them? It doesn't take as long as you think.
