Why are anime women in cartoons always so graphic?!
Question: Like there are nude pics of them and stuff. I remeber when I was like eight I think I stumbled upon a site, on accident looking for doll maker sites. There were nude pictures of women and men and ewww and now I am afraid of Anime. WHy is it so graphic?

Well, most of the Anime i have seen arent that ecchi, but their are some like Hentai that are crazy. My theory on why they are like that are the people that make them, their has to be like fifty horny nerds who cant get any making anime... haha thats definately why, and most weirdos that watch that kind are crazy nerds too. It's like the circle of ecchy anime. I know its sooo weird when its graphic and nasty, but u really should give anime a chance and watch some because it really is good. I suggest watching the Melancholy of Haruhi, or Fruits Basket they arent that bad. Good Luck!!
i guess it's cuz anime has a wider range of audience than cartoons so these pics are drawn for adults that enjoy anime, yeah it's weird but even tho there are so many anime pics like that there are also pics of that stuff for flintstones and female disney characters.

There is alot of grahic anime stuff just as there is with movies and t.v series its mostly for the men who want to see that kind of thing.
But there is alot of freindly anime out there too!
first of all, don't be afraid of anime, not all is like that.
I guess because some anime is for adults and others aren't. sometimes stuff like that is seen as comical relief like the sexy no jutsu.
Anime is drawn. Any nude anime pictures you see of characters are most likely drawn by fans. Then there's people out there that like to see it. It's pretty much like porn.
not all of them are like that. some of them are for adults, teens, and children. you just have to be careful. i stumbled upon one of those sites and got grossed out. some people draw those pictures, because they like that kind of stuff.'ve seen those kinds of pictures in american cartoons, so it's not only in anime. you don't have to be afraid of it. you'll find it where ever you go: america, asia, europe, etc.

well those are what is generaly refured to as fan artists, they redraw the characters in a sexual manner. as for why they are graghic on the shows its because the women are suppose to look like women and the men like men... in most cases...
You're making a blanket assumption based on one bad experience. Most anime doesn't feature nudity or graphic sex. You may have happened onto a hentai site, which is animated pornography (not always produced in Japan). I would compare your experience to blindly picking one magazine from a very mixed magazine rack and coming up with a copy of 'Hustler', leading you to believe that all magazines have a narrow focus on so-called "adult" material.
Much anime is gawdawful, but due more to wandering storylines, truly foreign sensibilities and visual conventions, comedy scenes that aren't funny, poor characterization, stereotypical characters, and a focus on material aimed at young or naive audiences than any prurient content, but some of it isn't bad. You really shouldn't judge all of it on the basis of one atypical experience.
