Tobi identity theory!!!?!
Question: ok i believe that tobi is madara uchiha, and this is how:
sometime before sasori's death, pain was looking for new akatuski members, although orochimaru posessed the missing ring. pain than heard about uchiha madara, the founder of the uchiha clan. although madara uchiha was dead, pain was intrigued by his power and traveled back in time to bring back uchiha madara. when pain arrived in the past, he travels to the valley of the end, and amazingly madara is still alive after his battle with shodai hokage. as a result of battle, madara's left eye has been destroyed. after pain travels back to the present with madara, he tells madara to hide his identity, by which pain gives him his code name, tobi. pain also presents to madara a mask which only shows the right eye, since he has no use for the left eye. before pairing madara as a subordinate with zetsu, pain tells madara to use a goofy, silly personallity at all times until further notice to prevent discovery and conflict.

tobi is uchiha madara, i read until chap 381.
maybe he used something like forbidden "i will survive" jutsu to stay alive, but about the time travel, i have no idea of that (it just sounds like hiro nakamura thingy). but why keep his identity secret even to other akatsuki members? and as far as i remembered madara havent even give an attack to konoha while being a member of akatsuki( but maybe in the future, its up to the writer)
