Sandman tries to kill spiderman for the WHOLE movie, then at the end all he did was say sorry, cry, and parker forgives him for killing his uncle?! WTF?!! they fought all that time when they could've just talked!

CGI was crap, the fighting scenes didn't look real one bit, i thought i was watching an animated film during those scenes, they put so much money into poinless action when they could've used it for better CGI like in Transformers
Harry's stupid butler had to wait until Harry was almost dead to tell him how his father really died! he's known about it since it happened and he stayed quiet? WHO THE HELL WROTE THE SCRIPT?!
Corny scenes with MJ and Harry making eggs in the kitchen.
Peter dancing on the street with his hair over his eye, BASTARDS! that was cheezy and SH!T. if he has to act cool, they coulda made it more believable
