What happens to pluses after death in Bleach?!
Question: I've been watching Bleach for some time and also scanned through the mangas but never quite got the point of what happens if a plus is eaten by a hollow/arrancar/bounto. Is it erased from existance? Also what happens to a hollow if it is killed by others than shinigami or quincy?

A spirit that is eaten by a hollow becomes a lesser hollow.
A hollow that is killed by a zanpaktou is purified and sent to Soul Society. What happens if one is killed by any means besides Soul Reaper and Quincy has never been explained, as far as I can remember. It's possible that they cannot be harmed by any other means, but most likely, it would be erased, much like the Quincies do to them.
A good spirit that is "killed" hasn't exactly been explained. We know that they (in some form) get reincarnated in the human world. However, if that is the case, people in Soul Society wouldn't fear death the way they do. The more likely theory I've heard is that they dissipate and become part of the energy field that creates all things in Soul Society, and it is from that field that spirits are created for newborns on Earth. With this being the case, while your energy gets reincarnated, your personality does not, so you cease to exist as you are.
i think it tips the balance in the hollows and bountos etc... and rearranges that world so that the plus and the non-existent bounto or whatever cancel out and its like neither ever existed :P hope i got that right
