Tough call, but I'd say probably Family Guy. I like the pop culture references, and the more obscure the better.

Futurama, family guy is one irrelevant joke after another, but Futurama has started story arcs, which make the series have a better quality overall, plus it was always funnier, because the jokes pertained to the actual plot of the episode/movie, which to me, allowed them to be funnier.
its really tough for me cuz i love them both
