The answer is simple & revealed in the first Naruto shippuden: Sasuke Has the Advantage with his sharingan & can suppress the demon's chakra by entering naruto's sub continence.
But i think Naruto in his normal state can defeat sasuke something is telling me that this will be the case.
ninja wise, sasuke. he's not to loud, no emotion, and knows more jutsus and can stratigize better. but in a fight, i doubt he'll be able to defeat a four tailed naruto.
