kakashi- nothing but the mask.
zetzu- hidden face in plants, half faced, digs underground.
tobi- is too hyper, just his mask too, nothing special.
sai- emotionless and betrays squad seven on the spot and carries out his real mission that no one knows about in the middle of another mission during a big fight. he is very mysterious and since tsunade ordered yamato to keep an eye on him because they are going in action.
denzou- not much on him, opposed the third, forms his own version of anbu black ops.
so its either zetzu, sai, or denzou (id say sai).

Tobi=we kind know who/what he is
Sai=nothing special we know him now
Zetsu=is the most mysterious character b/c we know nothing about him ..we bearly see him ...

i don't think anyone is mysterious cuz everyone's background's been explained.
tobi because you don't find out anything abuot him until really late and zetsu noone really cares about, same with sai and denzou, and kakashi has kakashi gaiden which reveals alot about his past.
