i am 13 years old, and I love anime. I dont know why but when i was hmmm about 5 my little brother and i began to watch animes like hamtaro,dbz, and pokemon, and playing games like sonic and the pokemon games. as we got older we started to like more and more. now i cant live without it.i love to watch naruto and blood plus.and i still play pokemon games and all.
Now cartoons. i dont watch it as much as anime, but cartoons. but i think cartoons gave me a taste for anime. i watch some cartoons here and there though.
And ya im 13 and i may be getting a little to old for all that but i find it stupid that all of the kids my age are to afraid to just say they like cartoons/anime and they say" oh all i watch is hbo and mtv....."
because we all watch them, even my parents are caught watching an episode here and there.

Edit::: i agree with the girl above me. adult swim is starting to dim downon there anime, it was so cool to watch trigun and cowboy bee bop a few years ago but now its not so hot. I love blood plus but thats about all they show. i think the us needs to stop being so protective of what kids are seeing and put anime.

I love anime i have loved it since i was a kid up until now that i'm thirty and i don't see myself ever getting tired of all the fantasy and action and funny perverted humor of anime so there !! your not alone !!

i like garfield, i still do, (if you consider that anime). I still love watching cartoons. I think it goes to show that we dont' really outgrow childhood stuff. we simply put them in a retstricted area for retrieval in ungruadeed moments.
